Born out of the need for a darker roast at their coffee shop and not wanting to compromise on flavor or quality, Happy Medium came like a vision. Two parts chocolaty brazil, one part sweet and floral cherry dried Ethiopia, slow roasted to create a low-acidity, no-nonsense cup of coffee. Never fussy and always forgiving, this blend strikes the perfect balance between the bold and rich flavors of a dark roast, and the more nuanced sweetness and floralality that we love in lighter roasts.
